No he didn't. There was absolutely nothing specific about it. Again, all he wrote was, “This is a joke.”

You then, made the assumption that he considered a felony conviction with 1-3 years in the pen plus a fine a joke. Yet you knew absolutely nothing whatsoever about what he was thinking or what he believed about people doing time in prison, because he never posted anything whatsoever about a conviction or prison time!
