As we already learned with Obama, the Supreme Court will never make a ruling on a case like that, because apparently, nobody has “standing” to make the challenge.
Only Congress can determine that someone isn’t qualified to run for President, and Congress has abdicated that responsibility.
Different nine people on the bench, different standards of who can do what.
The refusal was of course poppycock.
You have learned that the make up of the court matters not a whit. You make that unmistakable.
I believe it does matter.
