I just take the fillet, put some butter spray and dill weed on it, and broil it in the oven.
If the fillet is frozen, I bake it at 350 for 5 minutes, and then broil it as above.
I’m not one who dislikes the strong salmon flavor. If you do, then you might liberally put some garlic powder and lemon pepper on it.
Easy and yummy.
I followed the cooking instructions on the Schwanns bag. Which had me lying the salmon down on olive oil spread on a flat pan. I roasted it in the oven for ten minutes, turn over halfway.
It was good. Me and the cats all liked it.
But it needs more flavor, at least for me. The cats, again, say they need no additional flavoring.
