I knew the purchase would be caught on tape.

One time on Forensics Files, the female murderer was caught on tape buying the items AND was even dumb enough to scan her loyalty card in order to save less than a dollar.

The tape wasn’t of good quality, so her swiping the card really bolstered their case.

In order to duck the IRS, her bf had put HIS house in her name.

When she sensed a breakup was coming, she killed him in order to keep the house.

She was an accountant, so it wasn’t like she was poor.

However, this is what she told the police... Without him, I would be living in an apartment and driving a Honda.

She didn’t give a damn that the man had a young son who he adored.

LOL!

I remember that case.

IIRC, she was clever enough to pay in cash, but THEN used the loyalty card.

I think that was what broke the case.

How about the one where the woman bought the beer and the cigars to stage the “fire death” of her husband (that she just murdered).

The clerk remembered her because of her red hair.
