A federal judge on Friday ordered limited gag order for longtime political operative Roger Stone as part of special counsel Robert Mueller’s case against the Trump ally. “Counsel for the parties and the witnesses must refrain from making statements to the media or in public settings that pose a substantial likelihood of material prejudice to this case,” U.S. District Court Judge Amy Berman Jackson said.

There is a strong argument that many “gag orders” violate the first amendment. But the judiciary in the US has not worked to uphold the constitution for quite a while.
Does the same gag order reply to leaky Robert Mueller?

This must have happened today because I heard him on Mark Simone’s show on WOR this morning. I must say that for Roger he was quite subdued.
So what happens if Stone ignores the gag order? Are they going to put him in solitary confinement? Threaten his family? Sieze his assets?
