The only element that appears to have a time limit on it like that is that no border wall construction, with funds from the bill or otherwise, are supposed to be applied toward building a wall while the corrupt local liberal pols are holding up approvals in their corridor.
The rest of the stuff? All the amnesties, etc., are permanent. And, likely even just the language around that delay in construction is what will be used to squash Trump’s claim of an emergency anyway.
Rush is now admitting how bad this bill is, it restricts the President's ability to build any wall, it requires him to build recreation and health facilities provide transportation from detention to welcome centers.
