My guess would be that they’re not ready to hold a press conference yet. I believe what’s been reported is true. Might some in CPD be putting info out there anonymously to force them to hold the hoaxers accountable? It’s harder to make it go away now.
Hoping for a plea bargain perhaps? something to quietly drop the serious charges?
