Given their complicity in the coup, track record and the fact that DOJ is a civilian agency, the DOJ needs to send the cases to military tribunals. A coup is an attack on the US government by a domestic enemy; IOW an act of rebellion or war. Just like CW1, the response must come from the military which means a military tribunal.
