If we get a career politician, chances are everything good Trump has done during his presidency will quickly be undone and the establishment will be fully back in control.
Also, if that happens, look for them to try and make it impossible for an outsider to ever get elected (like Trump) again.
And that’s why the establishment is doing EVERYTHING they can to destroy him. The biggest disappointment in the past two years is the inability to bring any of the vast cabal to justice. At least a lot of them have left the government, but they are probably influencing things behind the scenes.
