My due process would involve all the Leftists, even the ones watching and cheering, being convicted and sent to Fort Leavenworth. A pity that the inmates are not guarded by US Marines anymore.
I would have preferred to send them to Portsmouth Naval Prison on ten year, no parole sentences, where they WOULD be guarded by Marines with shiny shoes (who would most definitely afford those leftist scum the respect they richly deserve...which would be none) but it has been closed a few decades now. I drive by it sometimes, it is big, white, and imposing looking. But, sadly...closed.
