"Our energy plan will promote justice and equity by stopping current, preventing future, and repairing historic oppression of indigenous peoples, communities of color, migrant communities, deindustrialized communities, depopulated rural communities, the poor, low-income workers, women, the elderly, the unhoused, people with disabilities, and youth (referred to in this resolution as frontline and vulnerable communities)" BUT, will it produce a single kWh of power?
When I was in the power business, we were only concerned with producing reliable and economic power. We followed a simple "obligation to serve" credo. Things worked and worked well.

Things worked and worked well.
This is socialism where things may or may not work well or not at all, which is OK, since everyone pretends they work well and the socialist government pretends to pay them.
