Be careful. I got sick taking too much Vit. D over a long period of time.

I would not listen to the Mayo Clinic. They are full of crap.

Vitamin D is a fat soluble. Meaning it takes 6 months leave your body vs. a water soluble that takes 3 hours. Nevertheless, most people are severely Vitamin D3 deficient and it takes years to get to toxic level.

You just need to ask yourself this. Do you know anyone that ever died of too much Vitamin D? I do not. Not one single person ever. However, I know at least A LOT die a year from pharmaceuticals.

If you get toxic from any vitamin, then you just quit taking it for a while. That is it. Haha!.

Most people would have to take over 30,000 iu before it becomes a problem
