Yep. Vitamin K2-MK7 puts the calcium where it belongs with the added benefit of taking it out of places like your arteries where it doesnt belong. Another side benefit is that it reduces plaque build up on your teeth.
I never know quite how much of it to take with my 5K vit D3. I think Mercola says take 100 mcg per 1000 D3, but I just take 2 of the 90 mcg K2-MK7 along with 4000 D3.
Interesting sidenote: Serrapeptase is used to remove plaque from the arteries, and is prescribed for patients by cardiaologists in Japan. Serrapeptase is the enzyme found in the stomachs of the silkworm, which comes into play when it sheds its shell. Very interesting stuff.
MK4 has actual real studies while MK7 does not.
Although a lot of people appear to prefer MK7.
