Yes, and in order for the D3 to work well, it uses up a bit of the body’s magnesium. Forget where I read that...either Mercola or Sardi, both good info sources....

Agreed. We are all also deficient in magnesium. Take it at bedtime and you will sleep very well. Bathe in it (flakes or even the much cheaper Epsom salts) too.
