Yes, I'm thinking this was him and his date (in KKK outfit) taking a picture before going to a costume or Halloween party. I'm from the midwest and of his age. Where I grew up, there is no way back in 1984 this would fly as acceptable to be put into any type of yearbook. I just can't believe in 1984 this even made it to a yearbook.

Well, in the mid 80’s my husband and I went to a Halloween party as Prince and Tina Turner. Neither one of us used any dark makeup, you could get the idea from the costumes and wigs. Had NOTHING to do with race, Tina Turner is and will always be my favorite performer.
