Donald Trump was talking trade and another looming government shutdown today in the White House but an alleged terror on one of the starts of Empire the streets of one of America’s greatest cities this week was also on the agenda. “That I can tell you is horrible,” the former Celebrity Apprentice host said Thursday when asked about the violent and homophobic attack on Jussie Smollett that seemingly occurred early in AM on Tuesday. “It doesn’t get worse,” the President added.

In an informal encounter with a bunch of diehard Dems earlier today, they were denouncing Trump (called “45”) for refusing to condemn this vicious attack when everybody else already has. I’m sure that if they see the condemnation, they will accuse him of doing too little, too late. When it’s clear to everyone who isn’t braindead that this was another gay hoax, they’ll forget it ever happened.
Exactly, they lambasted him for telling the truth about Charlottesville, so he learned to not take the bait.
Yep. The media knows this thing is BS and they know they're going to get burned as long as they keep treating Smollett's allegations as real. They were hoping President Trump would say, "Sounds like a hoax!" so that they could make his response the story and squirm away from the fake hate crime that this has quickly become.

Perhaps Trump meant that the impersonation and blame on a Trump supporter “doesn’t get worse than this.”

It took him a long time to learn that when a ridiculous hoax like Charlottesville or this one happens, go with the flow and condemn it and view it with alarm and give good soundbite quotes. Be an actor. Pretend to care like Obama or Bill Clinton after a hurricane or flood. He worked in TV, for gosh shakes.
Charlottesville was not a huge KKK gathering of MAGA white men and a concerted effort to murder someone (one lone guy acting on his own ,ran a car into her and killed her-—almost no one in the crowd knew about it until later.)
Because Trump hesitated while for hours CNN ran the banner below the picture on the screen “Still no word from President Trump to denounce gathering” and then correctly stated there were Antifa and leftist provocateurs and violent liberals in the groups-—so bad actors on both sides (the truth!!) the President got roasted for over a year.
Especially suburban women voters said Bill and Barack “cared” when they went to visit flood or hurricane survivors. They said GW Bush didn’t “care.” as he didn’t do a convincing phony act that well on camera and get there for key photo-ops to read sentimental and insincere soundbite statements.
Dish out the BS for the great American unwashed. They voted in Pelosi and the House majority Dems you know. (Except for vote fraud).
