you apparently want to assume the worst about the officers.
Look English is English and if you use those words they mean what they mean.
Look I would not want to be on either side of that door. Which is why we need these no knocks to stop. It always is a loose loose situation.
If you are the officer, you have no idea what the owner is going to do when you kick in his front door. On the flip side, if you are the owner, when that door suddenly gets kicked in you are automatically in fight or flight stage. If it is your home the only answer is fight, especially if people entering are plain clothed.
No, these no knock warrants are no good, they are dangerous for all involved. And they have been on the rise. In 81 there were 3,000, by 2005 there were 50,000.
Good grief. You're relying on a biased writer's account of the what happened when he wasn't even there. Unbelievable.
The fact that these two were armed when the police broke is evidence they were hoping to ambush the cops. The sirens and flashers gave them a heads up.
I guarantee if the two people that were killed were black and Al Sharpton were making a stink about it, you and most of the complaining would be siding with the cops.
There won't be a charges pressed against the police and there won't be a trial. No DA would take the case and no jury would convict.
