I think Howard Dean would have beaten Bush. The libs LOVED him. The uniparty had to clip him at his knees early on though ... they wanted Kerry. My (kooky) theory was that Hillary knew she couldn’t try to primary a POTUS in 2008 ... she needed a douchebag to run in 2004 to keep her 2008 coronation alive and well.
Seriously, that “Dean Scream” wasn’t all that bad ... the media overplayed it for their guy.
There are two guys I fear that I could see beating Trump, Biden or Bloomberg. I know we joke a lot about Biden, but I think in general, he’s much more likable than the other Democrats.
