We had to live next door to one of these “rank and file” POSs. He was a loud-mouth, arrogant, butthole that made sure everyone in the neighborhood knew who he was, what he did for a living and what power he wielded. Finally, the arrogant SOB moved....finally.
I wouldn’t give one those evil birds the time of day....I’d plead the 5th first.
