If the President uses EO to declare a national emergency, it gets locked up in the judiciary for the foreseeable future, while the illegal invasion continues unabated. Unless the President has an invisible winning strategy that no one has guessed, I’m baffled.
With Putin, Erdogan, Xi working together putting naval and air bases in our southern hemisphere...and Maduro providing operational space to Hezbollah and Iran. That’s a real set up for a conflict. Trump could make all sorts of requirements to ward this off.
