Totally this! Not sure what all the hysterics are about from some here. He stated the game plan straight up. Reopen .gov, pay people, give them 3 weeks to sort it out and if they haven't by then its national emergency declaration time. It was all pretty clear.
Im pretty sure most are just used to presidents who pay lip service, flat out lie, or dont follow up. Trump is going to do what he said. Patience. There will be more wall coming.
