Why did he wait until after the election gave the HoR to the dims to grandstand?
I think Ryano and McConnell talked him out of taking a stand before the mid-term elections. And I think they'd talked him out of it a time of two before then.
He definitely should have done it before the elections had taken place. But maybe can still get a win in the next several weeks.
