A three-week deal to end the shutdown would satisfy Pelosi’s demand, in order to negotiate on border funding.
If she balks, we are back here on February 16th. It is not a bad maneuver by Trump.

It won't be a Pelosi Shutdown. It's never a Pelosi Shutdown. The Dems always pull something like this TSA sick-out and the media always makes is stick to the GOP.
