What I don’t understand is why we didn’t get the funding when we had the house majority. I know Ryan was being a bad guy. But couldn’t we have gone around him some way? We are going around Pelosi so why not Ryan?
The first 2 years the republicans did not control the senate. With Mitch in there, you need 60 to control the senate.
