Sen. Cory Gardner (R-Colo.) will break with President Trump and vote to reopen the government without funding for a border wall, his spokesman told The Denver Post editorial board.
Gardner is one of three Republicans expected to vote to advance the "clean" funding bill.
Gardner’s spokesman told the Post that the senator planned to vote for a “clean funding bill … with no border-security funding attached.”

Is this the bill that DOES NOT fund DHS?
There is or maybe there was a Democrat bill which funded everything except for DHS. I read that yesterday and that is a gigantic reveal for what the Democrats really want.
The dems do not just want to kill Boarder security they want to kill the law enforcement behind border security or national security or Homeland Security!
There have been a few remarks from a few Democrats over the last several months regarding DHS (or components thereof) and when I heard about this bill yesterday I was made very aware of what their real purpose is behind holding back funding for border security. They want to kill off DHS.

The fact that he hasn’t done this tells me he’s not in charge of anything. Other decisions he’s made in the past few months are painting that picture, too.

You ask a very good question. I’m convinced that’s one of the reasons why he backed off on the FISA docs release. The corrupt state was REFUSING to do it. Not to mention threatening and blackmailing him with obstruction if he ordered it.

And with California's new ballot harvesting laws, it's unlikely a Republican presidential candidate will ever again win the popular vote.
