From that 1 statement "he may adjourn them to such time as he shall think proper" he can choose the spot and adjourn congress if I read it right.

I never thought of Camp David as having a huge aircraft hangar.. Doesn’t the president always travel there from DC in Marine One? Interesting..
I for one, am grateful we will not have to see Nancy’s ugly puss cleaning her dentures with her tongue while the president speaks. I heard a snippet on CNN (as much as I could stand around 4 pm) that if he gives the speech anywhere other than the House, it will just show the WORLD just how dysfunctional or bad off the country really is...with heads NODDING all around!! He needs to hold it wherever he can fit in all the Angel “families” and she can’t parade the “the out of work” federal employees. I’m surprised she won’t give in for that advantage (to her) alone!
A fire side chat with just those who support him present. Sounds okay, but I think a stadium rally televised across the nation would reach more people. If Congress doesn’t want to hear the President’s state of the Union speech, then the president should tell the people the state of the union & send Congress a video or two of the speech so they have to watch it. Also if Congress has not previously received a written transcript of the speech from the President, don’t start now. Let Congress watch the video, it might make some of them pee their pants to hear the truth & see we the people cheering Trump on.
