President Trump’s former fixer Michael Cohen will postpone testifying before a House panel next month because his family is being threatened by the president and his new attorney Rudy Giuliani, his lawyer said Wednesday.
“Due to ongoing threats against his family from President Trump and Mr. Giuliani, as recently as this weekend, as well as Mr. Cohen’s continued cooperation with ongoing investigations, by advice of counsel” Cohen will postpone his appearance, Lanny Davis said in a statement.
“This is a time where Mr. Cohen had to put his family and their safety first,” Davis added.

“Michael Cohen returned to his Manhattan apartment Friday after getting medical treatment – with his arm appearing to be in a sling on a day President Trump and his team once again branded him a liar,” the Daily Mail reports.
“Cohen could be seen Friday with his left arm covered, hanging in a sling. He was holding a full-size white pillow while sporting a possible black eye. His right hand had a small bandage of the kind used to cover a small wound by an IV. He also wore a red identification bracelet of the kind distributed by hospitals.”
“Cohen advisor Lanny Davis said Cohen had gone into the hospital for pre-scheduled shoulder surgery.”

LOL. Along those lines ..... there was a pretty damn sad story about a sleeping girl who had her arms ripped off by her pet pit bull (I think it was one of them.)
Anyhow people were going back and forth debating the safety of the dogs....... one poster actually posting a series of lovely pictures of happy children with this type of dog. They were all so happy and safe.
Later in the thread a poster replied to the post with all the happy kids and their peaceful dogs. His words were:

Sean just plays Lanny. They go waaaay back to the Clinton impeachment days. These days, Lanny is just a useful tool.
I don’t need to be Hannitized any longer so I no longer watch his show or foxnews for that matter. But doesn’t he introduce Lanny as his long-time friend when he’s on the show? I seem to recall them going out to dinner sometimes, hanging out. Am I right?
