Wrong. They ruled that Wong was a citizen, not a natural born Citizen.
And Wong got it wrong about that too. And since the courts can’t make anyone a citizen, make law or change the Constitution, children born to foreign nationals, whether here legally or illegally are CINOs. Citizens in name only.
Amendments can change the Constitution. If they couldn’t every descendant of slaves might not be a citizen today.
