Said he would not raise taxes and would eliminate some fees/tax increases that the ‘RATS previously enacted. He’s kept his word. He’s far from perfect but he’s likely the best we’ll ever be able to get in Maryland.
I wish he’d throw some bones to the conservatives, instead he’s all proud oh his bipartisanship.
