Trump responded by revoking her use of military aircraft. That reminded her that they are NOT Constitutionally "equal" as Pelosi said earlier, and thoroughly humiliated her in front of her entourage, the country, and the world.
With that move, Trump virtually assured that Pelosi (and Schumer dragged along with her) will harden their positions to the point where Trump looks reasonable and Democrats look irresponsible. Pelosi's left flank will seize on this to corner her into either going further left or stepping down as Speaker (not quickly, though).
All the while, the country will be watching this with an eye towards 2020. Yesterday's MSM disaster of the Buzzfeed report will but a temporary rein on them to be just a bit more cautious for awhile, at least until the Mueller report comes out.
If Trump pulls this off and gets Schumer to knock some sense into Pelosi, then with the successful confirmation of a new Attorney General as a tailwind, Trump might have a renewed strength as we move into the next crisis, which will be the retirement of Ruth Bader Ginsburg.
It will be interesting to see how New England reacts to that.

By extending DACA and TPS by three years Pres. Trump stole the Dims wind for their political sails and made the Golden Bridge to retreat on a bit narrower and less golden.
He effectively stole their issue for three years, while looking very reasonable doing it.
Dims sure are stupid.
I thought President Trump looked and sounded excellent today. Articulate. Ideas sounded completely logical, kind, and doable to me.
Praying that goodness for all will prevail.
I am very thankful for his supreme court justices. In our local University of California hospital, in my city, they are doing late term abortions on any woman requesting them. (They started doing them for financial reasons. ) My patient had one at 24 weeks. Nothing wrong with the baby. Already had several abortions. I cannot understand why liberals are militant about abortion. They supposedly are the party for the weak. Quite the opposite.
