It’s a hard rubber ball. From a distance and could knock you silly. From a few feet it can crack your skull or take an eye out.
I would imagine so. Definitely not something you’d want to get hit with.
Of course, with all my ‘Seinfeld’ posts and my tinfoil conspiracies, I’m already somewhat silly. :)
