However, she already invited the President to make said address and he accepted.
No reversal for political advantage is simple courtesy and “arrangements have already been made” should be the answer.

My point was that Pelosi is out of touch with the Constitutional nature of the requirement. Technically, he could give it from the Senate or from the WH for that matter.
