Scott has ruled a conservative nominee on the 9th circuit (9th!) “Racially Insensitive” and derailed the confirmation!! Scott ruled DJT “Racially Insensitive” after Charlottesville—not real successful there. It’s like Scott wants mccain’s old job of being the thin-skinned Martyr of the Senate.
