On December 5th Virginia businessman and philanthropist, Philip Zodhiates, became the third American incarcerated for exercising his Christian faith. You have probably heard about the Baker Case in Colorado, the Florist Case in Washington state and the Fire Chief Case in Atlanta, but have you heard about the Lisa Miller Case in Virginia?
If you do know something about the Lisa Miller Case, and it came from the biased mainstream media, what you know is false. Making Christians in America Criminals will be a series of articles unmasking the lies of the Lisa Miller Case and the live drama unfolding in this nation with real people becoming criminals because they follow the Bible.
Making Christians in America Criminals, Part I introduces Zodhiates, the most recent casualty of a crooked judicial system bound and determined to set a precedent for the entire nation.

Defying a court order would be a way Mr. Z could get in trouble. But he didn’t, if the article here is also not biased. It looks like he has been penalized for “what could’ve theoretically been a crime but actually wasn’t.”
By this court’s “reasoning,” providing any living assistance at all to Lisa Miller make you an accessory to a crime.
However, it stinks to have to go to the pagan media to find out what detail of law he was got on and what the court proffered as a reason. If Miller was gay-married, she got herself into something vile that she would have had to sue herself out of at best. Mr. Z doubtless meant well, but now has to deal with a perverted Caesar who would treat it the same as a non-gay marriage. People in that position need to decide if that’s the kind of hill they want to die on in that matter. To shelter Miller while she sued for separation would be one thing. But Caesar is now a pervert and would not brook extralegal interference with a “gay marriage.”
Can it be actually cited verbatim.
There are alleged-spousal-abuse shelters already. They obviously aren’t liable in such situations.
Miller did get enter into a "domestic partnership" in VT with Jenkins early in that movement. Miller decided to get pregnant by a donor, but the law at the time didn't make the partner in a DP automatically a "parent." Adoption was required, and Jenkins showed no interest in adopting the child, and never did so. It wasn't until Miller became a Christian and repudiated her "gay" lifestyle that Jenkins laid claim to the child.
Yeah, it was messy. But the fact is that Jenkins isn't a parent.
It looks like it might be a legal problem tied to what got tied into “gay marriage.” When the USSC gave the nod, all domestic partnerships look like they got the upgrade.
Christians understand that this is vile stuff and want to see people escape its spiritual clutches if they can.
There is going to be a bumpy, bruisey time in learning what can and can’t be legally done under a compromised Caesar, and if Caesar has to be defied, how to do it in an orderly, God-honoring fashion. I’ve discovered that things I meant sincerely by the heart for good are sometimes simply seen as gratuitous acts by those who do not understand. In such a case I have to ask, if I came to the situation again, what would be wiser while still staying true to the Savior?
In some wise, Jenkins looks like she is being viewed as a parent or potential parent, someone with colorable rights. This is a new evil that must be addressed frankly and fairly. The best hope for America would be for its governments to back out of the gay-marriage biz even if they back out of all marriage too. Give the things of God to God, put in the private sphere, and let secular people do something like householding. Governments are now in an unprecedentedly poor position to moderate marriages anyhow, so getting out of that business might be salutary.
The Miller/Jenkins conflict started well before any family court began ruling in “gay marriage” conflicts. This was right after VT approved “civil unions” in 1999 based on a state supreme court decision (no other state at the time allowed such an arrangement.)
So what then happens when, poof, the USA is “gay marriaged”?
