That's why I believe that Trump should go all "Andrew Jackson" on the lower courts because their authority stems from being mere creatures of the co-equal Legislative Branch, and is nothing less than a usurpation of the power of constitutional Executive Authority. The only institution remotely entitled to trim Trump's sails is the US Supreme Court, period.

Agreed...This BS of a District Court Judge legislating from the bench on executive branch national issues thereby stopping it until the long appeals process has to end.
