Ask Warner sometime how he became a multimillionaire. He was on the staff of Sen. Christopher Dodd, a Teddy Kennedy crony who ran the Senate committee that regulated the FCC. Turns out little Warner was able to buy a lot of communications licenses for free - the taxpayers got NOTHING and this four flusher got rich. Talk about a negotiator; he negotiated his butt kissing around Dodd and Kennedy quite well, didn’t he?
