Sen. Warner: Trump Is Worst Negotiator in History — ‘Does Not Think Through Anything’
Breitbart Video ^ | 1-13-2018 | Pam Key

Sunday on CNN’s “State of the Union,” Sen. Mark Warner (D-VA) predicted President Donald Trump would go down as the worst negotiator in history.

While discussing the government shutdown, Warner said, “I think history will show that Donald Trump, the supposed great dealmaker, and I’m working on a piece on this, that business schools and management consultants will look back for years and say this was the most in inept negotiation. He boxed himself in a corner. He didn’t empower his negotiators like the vice president or Lindsey Graham or Mitch McConnell. He’s not allowed any win-win circumstance....

He’s not allowed any win-win circumstance....

I’m assuming that a “win-win circumstance” for Warner would include the dems getting what they want and President Trump getting nothing. Why would the wall be a ‘lose’ for the dems since in years past they have voted for it—albeit knowing it would never be built.

I think Sen. Warner confuses Trump's definition of 'winning' in this negotiation of "'win-win' circumstance".

In DC, "win-win" means that Republicans cave to Democrat demands, and even give a little bit more than they asked for.

Sen. Mark Warner, your complaint makes you the worst negotiator in history. You may as well take your little marbles and go home.

I would stack Trump’s lifetime achievements against those of Warner. Warner is no winner.

“business schools and management consultants will look back for years..”

This comment encapsulates their thinking and why they are ineffectual elitists. For a large number who wind up in politics, their undergraduate +/- graduate educations are their biggest accomplishments in life before going into politics. They think academic pedigree defines the quality and worthiness of the individual. It’s a sick joke that they just don’t get.

Warner was intimately involved in the Steele affair. When he speaks up, assume his seat temperature is rising.

Worst Democrat Optics in History:

With 800,000 Gubmint workers missing a paycheck while Congressional Democrats go on vacation to Puerto Rico and watch the musical "Hamilton" with their lobbyist cronies looks a lot like a morphing of "Nero Fiddles While Rome Burns" and "Let Them Eat Cake".

The worst negotiator in history was probably Hamor the Hivite. Too bad Hamor wasn't able to read The Art of the Deal before he was talked into the raw deal that got himself and his tribe massacred, as recounted in Genesis 34. .

He went to college, and was awarded Juris Doctor degree. Then he became a political activist. Then he became a politician.

What a colossal waste of a life ...

Democrats keep using that word “think”.
We all know it does not mean what they think it means.

Sen. Warner: Trump Is Worst Negotiator in History — ‘Does Not Think Through Anything’.

Warner, a perfect example of the P T Barnum saying, “There’s an asshole born every minute”.

Sure.

Ask Mexico and Canada how bad a negotiator he is.
