OK, economics 101. The LABOR may be 10 times more expensive but the per unit cost is not going to be 10 times more. Get it?
Here is a link to the cost of making an iphone. Please read it and pay attention to the part about the labor cost PER PHONE. Granted it's a little dated, this discusses the costs for the iphone 5.
The "production" cost i.e. labor is listed at $20.00 phone. So if the PER UNIT Production cost is say doubled then the phone would only cost $20.00 more if made in the USA. Get it?

You don’t get why they started shipping everything overseas to start with, mostly the cost of regulations.
Many things that are still made here have to be shipped to Mexico to be painted, because the regulations here make it impossible.
