If Sheriff Scott Israel had a conscience, he would have resigned of his own accord after his incompetence in handling the mass school shooting. If he had a conscience.
What I want to know is can Israel run for Sheriff again and if he wins re-take his old position? Does DeSantis have the ability to keep him out of office forever? Broward County is a RAT $hit hole which might actually re-elect him.

I think that you already know the answer to that question. In the past, perhaps not. However, we are in the here and now and he is a Democrat. Since neither decency or the law applies to Democrats, he probably will run and will have a 99 and 44/100 chance of being elected.
This is all another fraud by our Gov’t. No one really knows what happened and it is 11 months later. Just like Las Vegas, where many more were killed and they haven’t started an investigation. DS running wild and no one challenges a thing.

Yes, given what Florida did with respect to Alcee Hastings. But in that case he was impeached and removed as a judge, then ran and won a Congressional seat. My comment was centered on if Israel is found guilty of malfeasance, does that fact end up disqualifying him from running for his old position. So I am wondering if there is going to be a legal proceeding now on whether or not he is in fact guilty of malfeasance.
