Blood tests never raised any flags. The only medication I was on was for (hereditary) high blood pressure. This came out of nowhere. Before this I would have been voted least likely th have a heart attack.

Did you have a calcium cover plaque or a soft plaque blockage? Good HDL should reduce or at least stop soft plaques, but it can’t do anything with calcium covering a soft plaque.

To get rid of calcium covering soft plaques, Vitamin K2 can remove that, then HDL can work on the plaque beneath it.
