President Trump on Thursday said Sen. “Cryin Chuck” Schumer lied when he claimed the president “slammed” his hand on the table and stormed out of a White House meeting trying to break the stalemate over the border wall.
“Cryin Chuck told his favorite lie when he used his standard sound bite that I ‘slammed the table & walked out of the room. He had a temper tantrum,'” Trump posted on his Twitter page. “Because I knew he would say that, and after Nancy said no to proper Border Security, I politely said bye-bye and left, no slamming!”
Schumer, the Senate minority leader, and other Democratic congressional leaders emerged from the meeting on Wednesday to say it quickly ended when House Speaker Nancy Pelosi wouldn’t agree to his demands for a wall on the southern border.
At that point, Schumer said Trump slammed his hand on the table and left the meeting.
“Unfortunately, the president just got up and walked out,” Schumer told reporters outside the White House. “He asked Speaker Pelosi, ‘Will you agree to my wall?’ She said no. And he just got up and said, ‘Then we have nothing to discuss,’ and he just walked out. Again, we saw a temper tantrum because he couldn’t get his way, and he just walked out of the meeting.”
Moments later, Republicans who attended the meeting, including Vice President Pence, provided a different version of what happened.

Everyone who was there says Schumer lied.

Yup. And if asked why by the media, tell them that it's because Democrats are not dealing in good faith and the American people deserve to see that without a "filter".
Democrat Drama Queen Schumer probably believes it in his own deranged mind.
Since they lie, more reason to keep transparent open to press meetings like Trump wants.
I agree. Let them come and then tape everything without their knowledge. Then release it after they give their speeches to the Press.
From now on cameras must be present. They constantly call Trump a liar but if there’s no camera the Rats lie EVERY time.

And remember that the last time they had cameras and the three of them were talking, Pelosi suggested they take the conversation private.

Sadly, that ploy can be used only once.
After once, they’d be on their toes aware they might be watched by unknown eyes.
However, it might encourage them to be a bit more civil, and truthful in their ‘news’ conferences, never knowing if they were or were not filmed making an ass of themselves.

Cameras just lead to grandstanding on both sides. The hidden camera idea is the best.
Schumer is a very odd character. He tries to pretend with drama that he is some sort of effeminate father figure to his political opponent.
He is supremely creepy.
Down Under we have a word that describes him perfectly: smarmy.
Record it then announce that it was taped and ask them if they’d like to revise their statements.
