Unacceptable! The presidential appointment and senate advise-and-consent was given to Ginsberg, not her clerks.

Ginsberg's clerks are supposed to aid her when drafting documents, not write documents and submit them in her name! Roberts is not the sharpest tool in the shed.

It’s not at all unusual for clerks to write entire decisions in the name of their bosses. One study said 30% of decisions are entirely by clerks.
