Okay, All ....

I will give it to you as I got it since I'm not sure what I'm telling you. LOL

They are decreasing the vent settings a little. ... I think this means that he is breathing more on his own. They are reducing it to 35. ... ???? I think this means that his lungs are getting stronger or they are working to increase his lung functions. Not sure which.

They are doing another swallow evaluation today. This time under a light. This will be to see if the water is getting thru his esophagus. They want to make sure it is not going out through his trach. It will be interesting to see if he wanted more again.

Grandpa said this is good news .... nothing earth shattering but it is still good news. Long journey with little steps.
