“End the 60 vote requirement. It is unconstitutional and is damaging the ability of government to function.”

That ended for judges in 2014 and justices in 2017, otherwise we wouldn’t have Kavanaugh, Gorsuch, and dozens of lower court judges on the bench.

The ONLY delay tactic that the Democrats have is the 30-hour rule, which allows them to demand 30 hours of floor time for each judge. With 51 or 52 votes, it doesn’t take very many Republicans to keep that rule in place - with 53 votes, MAYBE that rule will end. God, I hope so.

They could because they had Flake and friends in their pocket.
