These lamestream idiots might enjoy a definition of the word briefing:

1. The act or an instance of giving instructions or preparatory information to someone.
2. A meeting at which such information is presented.
3. The information conveyed at such a meeting.

There are two other definitions at that link that pretty say the same thing.

Interesting that all three definitions emphasize that a briefing is to provide information. That's exactly what President Trump did. He didn't take questions because questions are not part of a briefing.
