Dr. Who will be exterminated by Nurse Who.
Are these minor characters wearing red shirts while on camera? That’s been tried before, and became an easy way to predict the fate of ........... minor characters in a (At least more than one episode) long-running dramatic series.
Anyone here watch the new woman DW episodes?
Is so, how is it?
Eh? They had a major character who happened to be gay. At the end of his run, The Doctor went back before they met and set him up with a gay lover as a parting (a never have met-ing?) gift. That didn’t strike me as particularly homophobic at the time...
Reminds me of a satirical Kickstarter campaign for a game to be called “American School Shooter”, which was to feature a diverse cast of identity group characters as targets.
Equity isn’t fair.
“We want equal representation - but you have to give us special privileges. The female and homosexual characters must then be given extra screen time and never die, in the name of fairness.”
Because the 2% of the audience should tell producers how to script the show for the other 98% of the audience.
Good to see a woke af show being roasted for not being woke enough. Keep eating your own, NPCs.
The hell with Dr. Who, I prefer Doc Martin.
Today, just me. Most secure digits in Yorkshire. Thats what I tell my boyfriend, anyway.
Rivetting writing. These people really capture the essence of humanity. They understand the gay people wholly.
Sort of like the next couple to gruesomely die in a horror film are the ones who just had sex. Or being stuck with the red jersey as a member of an Enterprise away team. You just know.
Bring back Tom Baker
reading the title on the latest posts page made me lol!
btt!
A Whovian for 40 years, Im not watching her.
I just canceled my ticket for the 30th annual Dr Who con in LA. Tickets for it sell out in 24 hours of going on sale almost a year in advance. Its run by gay men, SJWs, and extremely tolerant people (who are not tolerant of Christians, it seems). They were over the moon about the woman doctor last February, and I know its going to be even more obnoxious this year. Ill miss meeting friends there but the adoration of the woman doctor its about time! would be too much.
It’s fiction, folks.
