Trump waivered. He gets wobbly and we’ve seen this over the past two years. We need to be diligent and watchful. Heck, I just listened to some idiot Senator talking about bills to fund parts of the government that is shut down. Apparently “bi-partisan” efforts to fund selected parts of the government now shut down, which undermines Trump and t he effort to get the wall funded. If we don’t watch, don’t scream, the wall will get sidelines with only some small agency shut down and 99% of the government funded—in other words, no wall funding and a for show only shutdown through 2020 or something.

No. Trump is a president, not a king. Be diligent and watchful, but don’t pretend that he has absolute power. He doesn’t have a magic wand and has to work through the political environment to get things done. He didn’t do this earlier because, among other things, he needed to get the 2 year funding for the military, which he eventually got. A long drawn out standoff wasn’t something he or the country could have afforded at that time. And you’re right, we do need to watch and scream, which is exactly what POTUS wants us to do now. But direct the screaming in the right direction.

Trump gets wobbly you say? Well when you’re on a rocking ship trying to steer do you think you’re not going to ‘wobble’ staying the wheel when more than half the crew is trying to take the wheel out of your hands?

People really do need to clarify what they mean when they knock Trump. To say he’s wobbling in the sense he’s forging the wall in any form just isn’t true.
