He needs to invite the Presidents of Central America - from Mexico to Panama, with their wives - and put them on the spot at a Summit at the White House. It would get a lot of press coverage. Have these countries commit to financially help to build the wall.
Many Latin American countries respect Trump - I know many Hispanics and Latinos who like him. People know him well from when he ran the Miss Universe Organization. He’s been to Venezuela, Colombia & Brazil a few times.

POTUS is ready this fight now. A lot of low IQ people like Ann Coulter criticize him for not doing this earlier, but a good General doesn’t commence battle until he’s done the necessary preparation to ensure a win. I don’t claim to know Trump’s plan but I’ve observed him enough to know that he has one and the chess pieces are now in place for him to begin executing it.
