I saw a piece ranking US states with the highest amounts of people moving out, ranked by moving companies.
NY was third in the nation.

It appears that New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo has yet to figure out that his policies are leading to chaos, higher taxes, higher crime, and ineffective corrective measures.
