Prices like that are due to the mass sterilization of the dogs. The prices will continue to rise and dog populations will continue to fall. Puppy mills will continue to produce because of the prices.

Yeah. They have pushed spay and neutering for so long, that you’ll only be able to have a pet with lots of money. $10,000 for a dog. Sheesh.
